Smart prepaid energy metering
Every flat gets a smart meter and a wallet. Residents recharge from their phone, see what they use every day, and the society stops chasing electricity dues.
Key benefits
Conventional meters leave the facility team reading meters by hand, raising bills at month end and following up on unpaid dues. Syctech smart meters move the whole cycle online: consumption is recorded continuously, charges are deducted from the resident’s wallet at the society’s tariff, and the resident is alerted before the balance runs out.
The same platform supports prepaid, postpaid and hybrid models, so a society can choose what fits its residents, and add estate or maintenance charges to the same account.

How do residents recharge a Syctech prepaid meter?
In the Syctech app on Android, by UPI, card or net banking. The receipt is issued instantly and the balance is updated in the app.
Does Syctech support postpaid and hybrid billing?
Yes. The same meters and platform support prepaid, postpaid and hybrid prepaid–postpaid billing, and estate or maintenance charges can be added to the same account.
Where is smart prepaid metering used?
In residential societies and apartments, townships and gated communities, PG accommodations and hostels, commercial complexes and campuses.
