For residents

How do I sign in to the Syctech app?

Enter the mobile number registered with your society. We send a 6-digit code on WhatsApp; enter it in the app to sign in. There is no password.

I did not get the code. What should I do?

Check that WhatsApp is installed and active on the same number, wait a minute and tap Resend. If it still does not arrive, your number may not be registered with your society yet; ask your facility office or write to support@syctech.in.

How do I recharge my meter?

Open the app, tap Recharge, enter the amount and pay by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. The amount is added to your wallet once the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and a receipt is available in Transactions.

Money was deducted but my balance did not go up.

Most delayed payments are confirmed automatically within a few minutes. If the balance has not updated after 30 minutes, email support@syctech.in with your mobile number, flat and the transaction ID. If the payment failed, the bank reverses it, usually within 5 to 7 working days. See our refund policy for details.

Why is my power cut off?

Supply is disconnected when the wallet balance reaches zero, or when your load goes above the sanctioned limit. Recharge to restore supply, or switch off heavy appliances and use “Clear overload” in the app.

What are EB and DG units?

EB is electricity from the grid. DG is power from your society’s diesel generator during a power cut. They are measured separately and charged at the rates set by your society.

Who sets my tariff?

Your society or its facility manager sets the electricity rates, fixed charges and load limits. For questions about rates, please contact your facility office.

Is the app available on iPhone?

The app is available on Android through Google Play today. An iPhone version is planned.

For societies and builders

Can we move from postpaid to prepaid billing?

Yes. Syctech meters support prepaid, postpaid and hybrid models, and we help the society plan the change and communicate it to residents.

Do you handle generator (DG) billing?

Yes. Our multi-source meters record grid (EB), generator (DG), solar and gas separately and apply separate rates and load limits for each.

Can maintenance or estate charges be added?

Yes. Estate and maintenance charges can be applied to the same account as electricity.

What happens after installation?

Your team gets a web dashboard, reports and statements, and residents get the app. We monitor the system and provide ongoing support.
